MANHATTAN
Classic Manhattan cocktail tailored to the flavor profile of Wight’s Old Reserve Bourbon.
Made with two flavors of bitters and a smear of cherry syrup, this recipe complements the wheat and brings out the rye in Wight’s Old Reserve.

- 1 oz Antica Formula® or Noilly Prat® sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura® aromatic bitters

How to craft:

- Drizzle a small amount of Luxardo® cherry syrup around the inside of a chilled cocktail glass.
- Stir well and strain into the glass pouring over the cherry syrup allowing it to dissolve.
- Garnish with cherry.
