SELECT YOUR BARREL

Begin with access to an exceptional inventory of barrels, spanning a range of mash bills and ages. From nuanced, grain-forward profiles to richer, oak-driven expressions, each barrel offers a distinct character. We will provide 3 to 5 hand-picked samples based on your criteria. You choose the one that speaks to you.

DEFINE THE PROOF

Your bourbon, your decision. Bottle at full cask strength for a rich, powerful expression, or have it proofed to your preference based on the nuances of your barrel.

DESIGN YOUR LABEL

Customizing your bottle makes it a truly personal release. Whether intended for private enjoyment, gifting, or legacy, your barrel becomes unmistakably yours.

YIELD AND AGING

A mature barrel—around five to six years—will typically yield approximately 150 to 200 bottles at cask strength. If proofed to around 93, your barrel might yield closer to 210 to 220 bottles. For those seeking deeper complexity and extended maturation, select barrels aged up to 10 years are also available.

LET'S DO IT

The entire process can take 1-3 months depending on production schedules and other variables, so plan in advance. A deposit of $1,500 kicks off the process. First we'll meet to discuss all aspects of your barrel and bottles. Then you receive your samples, we do a guided tasting, and start your label design. Payment in full is due before we dump your barrel. Your finished bottles can all be sent to you or by the case to others. We can ship to all states except AL, AK, AR, HI, MS, SD, and UT.
