GOLD RUSH
Perfect for spring and summer, the Wight's Gold Rush is light, refreshing, and citrus-forward.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Wight’s Old Reserve Bourbon
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp blue agave syrup or nectar
How to craft:
- Pour Wight's Old Reserve Bourbon into an empty cocktail shaker (don't add ice just yet).
- Add lemon juice.
- Add agave syrup.
- Stir or shake well to thoroughly dissolve the syrup.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Pour into cocktail glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
Tips:
- Do not use agave syrup that requires refrigeration. It may be too thick to easily dissolve.
- Add lemon juice before syrup. When the measuring spoon is coated with citrus, not as much syrup sticks to it allowing for better measuring.
