Our 12-year-old Bourbon has a high-corn and high-rye mash bill for exquisite flavor balancing sweetness from the corn and oak with savory and flavorful rye.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose, malt and cereal grains, maple syrup, vanilla, and light fruity notes especially a touch of strawberry. On the palate, a rich mix of sweet and spice, brown sugar and light caramel with hints of anise and black pepper. The finish is delicate and satisfying with a hint of maple while the spice lingers.
